Additional Details:

~ Event must take place between January 1 to December 31, 2026.
~ Drawing will take place on Facebook on Dec. 31, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
~ prize is nontransferable.
~ Trip must be used in June, July, or August 2027
~ A maximum of 8 people: House has plenty of room to sleep 8 (Upstairs has two bedrooms, Master has a king and single bed and 2nd bedroom has a double). The downstairs apartment has a double bed and couch.
~ Winner is responsible for traveling to and from Little Gasparilla Island
(Your method of travel to the island will be at your cost: airfare to Punta Gorda Airport, transportation to the island, driving costs from your home, water taxi (8 minutes from Eldred’s Marina) or you can rent a boat.
~ Cleaning fee will be covered by The Coffey Barn ($320)
~ House is fully furnished, just bring your groceries, swimsuits, and flipflops!
~ There are no stores or restaurants on the island, but you can charter a ride to many restaurants accessible by water.

Every couple that says "I DO" at The Coffey Barn in 2026 will be entered into a random drawing for:

A 6 day/5 night stay in a private home on Little Gasparilla Island, a private island with boat access only.

This stay has a value of $2500.

Little Gasparilla Island is located on the west coast of Florida between Sarasota and Fort Myers, near Punta Gorda, Florida.

 The Coffey Barn is family owned and operated located in Cleveland, TN. We strive to be a self-service wedding and event venue offering many extras in our rentals. We offer multiple locations for an event or ceremony onsite with several different backdrops, including a wooded area and a 1950's rustic barn. Inside the main barn is 2500 sq. ft. with a full concrete floor, guest restrooms, and a full kitchen.

​Brides get ready for your event inside the fully set up dressing house, which has its own kitchenette, makeup stations, and full bath. We also have a "man cave" for the guys equipped with chairs, mirrors, heat/air, and a mini-fridge.

Our rentals are full-day rentals that start at 9:00 am and go until 11:00 pm.  Included with the rental are many extras.  Some of these include round tables and chairs for up to 150 people, six-foot rectangular tables, chairs for outside ceremonies, a 1963 Jeep truck for photos, and various other antiques including the use of the decorations from our "something borrowed" room.  We are close enough to decorate, but still a secluded location!
